I've lived at the Collegiate twice. Really liked it! Fully furnished, friendly staff, free washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. I lived in two different units, both with four beds and two baths. It was very spacious and my roommates and I had a blast. The balcony was nice and the furniture was in good/new condition. I shopped around, but found the Collegiate to be the best deal downtown!! A friend of mine tried their roommate matching service & it was a really great experience. I recommend subletting/renting with CP.

I am currently renting my second apartment with Central Properties. I have no regrets, and I have enjoyed the assurance of supporting such an honorable family company.
I have also found the staff to be notably accommodating, particularly maintenance. I managed to clog my washer with a quarter, and it was back up and running the next morning.
